| Step 1 Request for your treatment plan & cost estimation |
|
|
Please complete our Treatment Plan Request Form with any questions you may have.
We will contact the selective hospitals and/or clinics in Thailand on your behalf to obtain
treatment plan and cost estimation together with doctors/surgeons credentials and
hospital/clinic facilities.
During this process a simple medical questionnaire may be required to better understand
your medical history, procedure requirements and end result expectations. We will facilitate
any questions you may have for your doctor/surgeon. (Email is the most convenient
communication mode due to doctor's/surgeon's hours of operation and time zone
difference.)
Recommendation on combined procedure(s) for best results and great value
as well as optional alternative treatment(s) to speed up your recovery will be incorporated
in your treatment plan. |

| Step 2 Personalize your travel arrangements |
|
|
We will facilitate everything for you: accommodation, air travel, airport transfer,
transportation, interpretation, sight-seeing tour and post-treatment retreat. We ask for this
information very early in the process in order to provide you a completed financial plan for
your medical travel.
You will receive an email that provides information you will need to make a decision on
these traveling arrangements. Once reviewed and decided, you will receive your
personalized medical travel package completed with both medical treatment plan and
travel arrangements. |

| Step 3 Booking & Payment |
|
|
After you’re fulfilled with your personalized medical travel package and aware of your travel
dates, please fill in and submit the Booking Form. We will check with our hospital affiliate
to see if these dates are available. Once we receive notice that these dates are available,
we can move to tentatively book your air travel and hotel accommodations.
To secure your booking, a deposit for your accommodation and other travel arrangements
is required. Once we receive your deposit, we will confirm all your reservations and send
you a confirmation note, with your detailed itinerary as well as pre-travel information pack.

| Step 1 Arrival |
|
|
You will be greeted at the airport by a professional driver and driven to your hotel or
your hospital/clinic as acknowledged in your itinerary. Our customer service manager
will confirm with you all the details of your medical holiday, and give you our local
contact numbers.
A lot of our clients arrive in Thailand a few days before their major procedure date for
some sight- seeing or pampering treatments such as spa, massages, reflexology,
facials, jet-lack acupuncture, etc. to relax and de-stress. Otherwise you can begin
your dental treatments or eye care and take advantage of the great prices. |

| Step 2 Consultation with the Doctor/Surgeon |
|
|
You will meet with your doctor/surgeon at a pre-arranged date and time for pre-procedure
consultation. This is a final consultation before the procedure to confirm all details,
regarding your health condition and the procedure. If required, additional tests will be
conducted to confirm you are in good health and ready for the procedure. In this session,
you can ask any questions you may have with the doctor/surgeon face-to-face. |

| Step 3 Procedure day |
|
|
Everything will be taken care of so you don't have to worry about anything except relaxing!
Your procedure will be performed by the best doctor/surgeon, at a world-class medical
facility, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment. |

| Step 4 Post treatment recovery |
|
|
When the doctor is satisfied with your condition, you will be released from the hospital/clinic
and driven back to your hotel to begin the recuperation process. During this time, as usual
,
should you require anything, our customer service is just a phone call away or please feel
free to request any assistance from your hospital or hotel staff. When you feel better, you
can start with other programs - massage, holistic pampering, or alternative treatment(s) to
speed up your recovery. |

After recuperating, and the doctor/surgeon is satisfied with your progress, you can enjoy
